Rowan has over 18 years industry experience, having worked his way to production manager for one of the country's most prestige Motorhome groups before moving onto his role as service manager for one of Australia's largest Jayco dealers for the past 8 years. Rowan's experience and knowledge within the industry seen him appointed to Head of the service advisory board for Jayco Australia wide and awarded most promising young achiever in 2019 at the annual Jayco Dealers conference awards presentation.

Nicole comes from a strong Customer relation background, Having Run an Import and export Business from a young age before opening Ronic Caravans with Rowan in 2019. Nicole will be your main point of contact for bookings, parts, Warranty and ATM Upgrades.
