Rowan's experience and knowledge within the Industry seen him appointed to Head of the service advisory board for Jayco Australia wide and awarded most promising young achiever in 2019 at the annual Jayco Dealers conference awards presentation.

We had Rowan our today to fit an after market Bluetooth speaker, much needed fridge fan for summer and change over some tyres. Rowan is extremely professional, prompt and we could not be happier about the work he carried out. I would definitely recommend RONIC for any caravan repair, maintenance or extras that you need done. We have certainly found our caravan maintenance guy now and won’t be using anyone else.

I would like to offer my gratitude and thanks for the professional service I received from Rowan & Nicole today, I received some bad news this morning which has resulted in me needing to travel to Nth Qld tomorrow.
I had planned to get my Bearings and Brakes checked in January as we had no plans to use the van till then, But with this news I reached out to Rowan, not only did he manage to rearrange his work but managed to come to me today to do these items.
